Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our office team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our services, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of calls and customer details.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the field sales or marketing team when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Prior telesales experience is an advantage.
